Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose of the trial session The purpose of the trial session is to assess the participant's level and allow them to discover the environment, training methodology, and values of Ultras FC before officially registering. 2. Duration of the trial period The trial period can last from 1 to 5 weeks, depending on the participant's level and the assessment of the technical staff. The number of sessions is determined by the Ultras FC technical staff after the first session. 3. Contribution Cost: $25 per participant The contribution is required before the first trial session. Trial contributions are non-refundable, even in the event of withdrawal or absence. 4. Trial process During the trial period, the participant: Participates in training sessions supervised by our coaches. Is integrated into a group corresponding to their level. Is observed on technical, tactical, physical, and behavioral aspects. 5. Evaluation and report At the end of the trial period, Ultras FC will provide: An overall report on the participant An evaluation of their level of play A recommendation for the most suitable position Guidance on the most appropriate option (winter season, summer season, league or development, etc.) 6. Final decision Participation in a trial session does not guarantee automatic membership of the club. Ultras FC reserves the right to refuse registration if the level, behavior, or current structure of the club or of the participant does not allow it. 7. Responsibilities and safety Players must be in good physical condition to participate. Ultras FC declines all responsibility in the event of injury related to an undeclared medical condition. Respect for the rules, coaches, and other players is mandatory. 8. Registration after the trial If the trial is successful, the player may: Proceed with official registration Choose a suitable package via a direct payment link
